ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds or standard returns for any reason, including sizing, fit, or change of mind.
If you have an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@tiredgang.com.
Return Requests (Case by Case)
We do not offer a standard return window. Any return or exchange is reviewed and approved at our discretion.
If approved:
- Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- A restocking fee may apply
- Returns sent without approval will not be accepted

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.
If confirmed, we will replace it at no cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Worn or used items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Refunds
Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances.
If a return is approved and a refund is issued, it will be processed after inspection.
Shipping
Make sure your address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or reshipping costs.
